Teaching Population Health: From the Clinic to the Neighborhood

Event Description

Presented by Viviana Martinez-Bianchi, MD, program director, Duke Family Medicine Residency Program. Participants will define population health, make the case for population health management in improving the nation’s health and the need to teach health professions learners these skills, learn an array of teaching methods and resources in population health, and more. This session is geared toward health professions educators, those who develop and/or deliver health professions content and those interested in population health and health system innovation.
