Join us for a one-hour introduction to applying project management tools and practices to accelerate your progress toward your most important work destinations.

Learning Objectives:

Understand the application of a set of project planning and management tools to

• Prioritize projects (set your destination),
• Enlist sponsorship (traffic assistance, community of map editors),
• Negotiate support (gas in the tank, food & rest for the driver)
• Develop a roadmap for success and
• Simplify reporting and communication (real-time updates on progress along the route).
