Event Description

DIBS, the Duke Office of Faculty Advancement, and the Office of the Vice Dean for Faculty in the School of Medicine invite faculty, graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, residents, research associates, and staff to attend this third in a series of practical, informative workshops on serious issues such as: identifying and addressing unprofessional behavior in the workplace; understanding Duke resources available to address inappropriate behaviors; gaining new perspectives on the role of power in professional relationships; developing skills in navigating the difficult conversations these issues raise.

FREE but registration required; lunch provided on first-come, first-served basis.
