Learning Objectives:

• describe the concept of “leading by influence” and provide examples of leaders at all levels in their workplace.
• understand the concept of unconscious bias and the impact on patient care and patient safety.
• identify resources that will allow them to further explore the concepts of leadership and unconscious bias in their practice.
