The Impact of a Peer Mentoring Program on Resident Wellness in an Internal Medicine Residency
We created a peer mentoring program within the internal medicine residency program at Duke University Hospital to improve the transition from medical school to residency, foster a supportive community, and increase self-capacity. After one year, we studied the effects of our intervention.
